Campus

With attention and care we aim to provide a stimulating and enriching education, awakening critical and creative thinking, instilling a love of work and learning that propels our students to make positive, heart-felt and inspiring contributions to our shared world.

The Bothin Campus currently supports students from Kindergarten to 5th grade. This guided, independent study program fosters a student’s love of learning and reverence for the natural world by presenting an 80/20 classroom to nature week. On our 11-acre campus, the students are sheltered in a valley with a large meadow for recess in the early grades, a small creek and numerous trees are available for supervised exploration and a blacktop area is available for upper grades students. We also have a beautiful, edible garden and chickens; both tended by the children.

Our program is guided by our highly, qualified faculty, experienced administration and dedicated governing council encompassing a wide range of familiarity with educational and corporate settings. The academic program is directed by the pedagogical principals in Waldorf Education. The students’ morning and academic experience is enhanced with special subject lessons including an extended, environmental education program once a week. Festivals, enrichment electives and aftercare round out the students’ learning experience.
